Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination you select. You can view the shipping cost for your order at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £200. For orders under £200 see our rates below.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

We deliver to over 130 countries. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (BST) Friday will be processed the following Monday.

International shipping rates vary based on destination and weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Duties and taxes may apply, which will be paid by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our link to carrier’s tracking page.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain international destinations. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@caplaitshoes.com within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
